The Korean smartphone manufacturer Samsung on Friday launched its new smartphone Galaxy On Max, which will be exclusively available on Flipkart.

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 1.9GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB on-board storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB using MicroSD Card.

As the name itself suggests, the Galaxy On Max flaunts a 5.7-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, encased in a metal uni-body design.

The Galaxy On Max comes with two 13 MP cameras - one on the front and one on the back with Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR features.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Note 8 sometime around the end of August or beginning of September.

Samsung only recently launched the Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy J7 Max phones in India at a price of Rs 17,900 and Rs 20,900 respectively. It also offers the option of sharing pictures on-the-go with a single click.

As per Samsung, the smartphone's main highlight is its Flagship camera. The Galaxy Note 8 device will have 3,300 mAh battery and 6 GB RAM.

With those features, Samsung has unveiled a war on Vivo and Oppo who focuses more on phone's camera, especially front camera for selfies and video calling.

The unique selling point of the Galaxy On Max is its flagship level camera.

The primary differentiation between the Galaxy Note 7 Fan Edition and the original Galaxy Note 7 is its 3,200mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy On Max seems to be a power pack device. While the naming is new, the internals and specs sheet indicate another handset launched a few days ago in the country by the name Galaxy J7 Max. The handset also supports Samsung Pay Mini, UPI-based payments and also integrates a mobile wallet. This power-packed smartphone will allow consumers to do a lot more with their Samsung device created to suit their multi-faceted lifestyles.
