Justin Bieber Accused of Punching Man in Cleveland in 2016

We're told a restaurant employee - not the alleged victim - called the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept and reported the alleged headbutt.

Cannon went to Spring Valley Hospital in Nevada, where he was reportedly treated for a possible concussion and an acute head injury. Bieber was reportedly "play fighting" with former That's So Raven actor Kyle Massey at 2 a.m. Saturday, when he allegedly got upset at somebody recording him and refusing to delete the video. However, Bieber has not been charged with a crime as of Wednesday. The Grammy victor told the alleged victim to delete the photos, but Cannon said he would do so once he got his glasses back.

Instead of giving him the glasses back, Bieber grabbed Cannon's phone. That's when Bieber started punching him.

'The victim stated that he took Bieber down to restrain him he believes that Bieber's bodyguard punched him while he was restraining Bieber'. He claims his phone was damaged during the incident.
